Ladies Class
We run a Friendly Ladies class teaching Fitness and Self Defence.
Male and Female Instructors
You do not have to be Super fit, we just ask that you try your best and enjoy
We teach basic fitness, Keep fit , Pilates, Boxercise Movements, all easy exercises and not too difficult.
For 15 minutes of each lesson, we teach Self Defence Techniques to aid you to defend yourself if ever attacked.
We also have various Self defence Levels to aid your confidence and learning abilities.
Come along and have a go.
Kali Classes
We have a Kali class every Wednesday with a Sash belt system teaching Escrima work, Single and Double stick, Bo , Jo , Evade and disarm techniques, Small Weapons ( Kobotan Defence, Empty hand Strikes, Knife Fighting etc )
We have students at all different grades including Juniors.
The students have found that the Kali classes go hand in hand with their Ju Jitsu classes and also help with stances and speed.
Private Tuition / Corporate Classes
As well as teaching Martial arts clubs, I also tecah self defence courses for clubs, associations or companies of any size, already taught at Barclays banks , Various Councils , Ladies Self defence courses at various locations.
I also currently doing displays, talks and P.e classes at various schools in Essex
I have taught 8 successful ladies self defence courses at my own club and currently teach ladies Fitness/ Self Defence classes , I Have also completed 6 other Self defence courses at other locations , one being for a large company on which i taught over 100 people over the few months i was there.
I also currently teach Private Fitness and Self Defence Lessons for individuals, who attend my normal classes and also for non Members.
